Dear Father Dean/Parish Priest/Youth In-Charge/Lady Animator/Animator,

Warm greetings from the Commission for Youth (ICYM-Agra)!

We deeply appreciate your unwavering support and the enthusiastic participation of your parish
youth in the Archdiocesan youth programmes and very specially, the Deanery Youth Day (DY Day).
Your dedication to nurturing their spiritual journey and fostering a sense of community is
invaluable.

As the Dussehra holidays draw near, we are thrilled to invite all your parish youth to join us for
SPARSH 24, a vibrant and spiritually enriching event that promises to deepen the faith and unity
of our youth. With the theme “Faith Unites, Hope Ignites,” this year’s SPARSH will be a powerful
experience of re ection, fellowship, and growth. Preparations are already in motion, and we are
eager for your parish to be part of this special occasion.

In this regard, we kindly request your support in nominating a Priest and an animator or lady
animator (A Nun) who can accompany and guide your youth at SPARSH 24. Their leadership
will be instrumental in fostering the active participation and discipline of the attendees, ensuring
the success of the event.

Event Details:

• Event: SPARSH 24 (Youth Retreat, YouthFest & Sports)


• Theme: Faith Unites, Hope Ignites
• Venue: Jesus & Mary Convent School, Greater Noida
• Dates: 10 Oct to 12 Oct 2024
• Arrival & Registration: 3:30 pm, followed by inaugural Mass
• Departure:12 Oct 2024 @ 6 pm
• Registration Fee: ₹250/- (unchanged for past 2 years)
• Bible Quiz: Gospel according to St. Luke (Fr. Kamil Bulke Hindi version)
• Preacher: Mr. Charlie Cherian
• Last Date for online Registration: 3 Oct 2024

We also humbly urge you to encourage regular announcements within your parish and motivate
the youth to actively prepare for this gathering within the parish and deanery. Your encouragement
will make a signi cant impact, inspiring them to participate wholeheartedly and experience the
spiritual renewal that SPARSH 24 o ers.
