ORDER

The short grievance projected by the learned counsel for the petitioner is

that despite the fact that proceedings in FIR No. 376/2018 registered in Police

Station Domana have been stayed by this Court vide its order dated 06.06.2019

passed in CRM (M) No. 300/2019, the police has presented the challan before

the Court of learned Sub Judge, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class (Electricity),

Jammu.

Considered.

Notice in the main petition as well as in CRLM, returnable within four

weeks.

Requisites for service within one week.

List this petition along with CRM (M) No. 300/2019

Meanwhile, subject to objections from the other side and till next date of

hearing, further proceedings in the challan in FIR No. 376/2018, stated to have
2 CRM (M) No. 45/2020

been pending before the learned Sub Judge, Judicial Magistrate Ist, Class

(Electricity), Jammu, shall remain stayed.
