Part Examined : NCCT STUDY OF HEAD.

Observations:
Resolving hemorrhagic contusions with mild surrounding edema noted in bilateral
frontal and left occipital lobes.
Thin resolving subdural hemorrhage with maximum strip thickness of 2 mm noted along
right frontal convexity.
Rest of the cerebrum show normal attenuation.
Basal ganglia & thalamus are normal on both sides.
Lateral & IIIrd ventricles are normal.
Basal cistern and sylvian fissures are normal.
No midline shift is seen.
Cerebellum & Cerebellar vermis are normal.
Brainstem is normal.
IVth ventricle is normal.
Soft tissue scalp swelling in frontal region on right side.
Pneumocephalus noted.
Fracture of frontal bone noted on right side.
Fracture of squamous part of temporal bone noted on right side.
Fracture of anterior and posterior walls of frontal sinus noted on right side.
Fracture of roof & medial wall of orbit noted on right side.
Fracture of cribriform plate noted on right side.
Fracture of anterior & medial wall of maxillary sinus on right side with associated
hemosinus.
Fracture of ethmoid septa noted on right side.
Fracture of body of sphenoid with associated hemosinus noted.
Fracture of nasal bone noted on both sides.
Fracture of bony hard plate noted on right side.
