About the Conference

responsibilities, the need for responsible finance management has never been more critical. This
conference will bring together experts, thought leaders, and practitioners in finance to explore the
intersection of finance, management, derivatives, environmental social governance (ESG) stocks, and green
bonds. The event will explore innovative strategies, evolving regulations, and the ethical dimensions of
financial decision-making. Through riveting sessions, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, delve
into integrating ESG principles into investments, leveraging green bonds for sustainability, and navigating
derivatives in ethical finance.

Paper Submissions
The conference welcomes submissions that are thought-provoking and grounded in current research.
Authors are encouraged to keep their paper titles brief, and while there is no strict word limit, concise
papers are preferred. Acceptance for presentation will be based on peer reviews. Selected papers will have
the opportunity to be published by Scopus/ABDC listed journals of reputable publishing houses such as
Springer or Elsevier, following the necessary rounds of peer review or in edited books after authors consent.
The participants who attend all the sessions will be provided with a certificate by IIT Bhubaneswar and NSE.

Submission Guidelines
The full paper should be submitted in docx, or pdf format.
Papers submitted for the conference should be in English, using Times New Roman font, size 12, and
typed in double-spaced format. • The following items should be included on the first page of the
submitted paper :
A cover page displaying the manuscript title, author's name, affiliation, full address, and
email ID, including any acknowledgments
Include on the cover page whether the manuscript is intended for consideration under the
“Research Scholar Colloquium”. This applies to research scholar.
An abstract of up to 300 words
Five or fewer keywords and JEL Codes
Section headers should be left-justified with Arabic numerals. Only the first word of the headers should
be capitalized. Headers should be in boldface, and subheads should be in italics. The structure of the
paper should tentatively follow the following sections:
Introduction: Rationale and Objectives
Review of Literature: Systematic review of existing studies
Research Methodology: Data Source & Model Specification
Results and Findings
Summary and Conclusions
Annexures (if any)
Mathematical notations, tables, and figures should be clearly explained within the text.
Footnotes and references should be incorporated into the text sequentially

Best Paper Award


Three best papers for each category (Three for research scholar and three for regular category) will
be awarded based on the Jury evaluation.
Out of these two best paper awards will be presented by NSE and four best paper awards will be
presented by IIT Bhubaneswar in the Valedictory ceremony.

About IIT Bhubaneswar
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar
was established in 2008 by the Ministry of Human
Resource Development, Government of India as one
of the eight second generation IITs. IIT Bhubaneswar

The registration fee once paid will neither be refundable nor adjustable under any circumstances.
Candidates while filling up the form need to make payment of the registration fee and provide
details like the payment reference number, mode, and date of payment therein prior to
