    - Equivalence and Validity of Instructions and Design Change Requests
    We are writing to formally clarify and reiterate the status and handling of instructions and design change requests issued by
    Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd under our current project.
    Please be advised that, effective immediately, any instructions and design change in past to present requests provided by
    Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd carry the same status and are equally valid as those issued by the Contract Admin,
    Architect and Engineer.
    The implications of this directive are as follows:

    • All instructions and design change requests from Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd are to be treated with the
    same level of authority and priority as those from the Contract Admin, Architect and Engineer.
    • You are required to honor and implement these instructions and design change requests without delay.
    • Any queries or concerns regarding the feasibility or implications of such instructions should be communicated
    promptly to ensure seamless project progression.
    • Moreover, any actions and responses by contractors prior to this letter, undertaken after receiving instructions from
    Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd, are voluntarily recognized as an acceptance, based on principle of “Contract
    By Conduct”.
    We appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and your cooperation in ensuring that all directives are executed in a
    timely and efficient manner, thereby upholding the project’s objectives and timelines.
