We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Solution Architect/ Technical
Architect with over 8 years of experience in software development, artificial intelligence, and solution architecture, with deep expertise in Generative AI, Python, Machine Learning (ML), and Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML). As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions that drive innovation and deliver business value at scale. You will serve as a key technical leader, collaborating across teams and ensuring the successful integration of cutting-edge technologies into the organization's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture and Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of AI- driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and industry best practices. Focus on creating scalable, secure, and high- performance AI solutions using Generative AI and ML techniques. Generative AI Leadership: Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI models for various business applications, including NLP, computer vision, and automation, leveraging state-of-the-art frameworks like GPT, DALL•E, BERT, and others. ML and Python Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) to architect and optimize ML models. Ensure efficient, scalable implementations for both cloud and on-premise environments. Azure ML Integration: Lead the implementation of machine learning solutions on the Azure ML platform, integrating with Azure services such as Data Lake, Databricks, Cognitive Services, and Azure DevOps for streamlined MLOps practices. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, data science, DevOps, and product teams to develop AI-driven solutions that meet business objectives. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, driving the adoption of best practices and fostering an innovation-driven culture. Strategic Technology Advisory: Serve as a key technical advisor to executive leadership, helping shape the companys AI and ML strategy. Identify opportunities for new AI-driven business models and provide expert guidance on technology roadmaps, adoption of new AI technologies, and solution scalability. Data Strategy and Governance: Define and lead data strategy initiatives related to AI/ML, ensuring proper data governance, security, and compliance across all AI applications. Work with teams to implement data pipelines, data lakes, and AI/ML- ready architectures that facilitate easy access to clean, high-quality data. Innovation and R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, ML, cloud computing, and Generative AI technologies. Conduct research and prototype new ideas, integrating emerging tools and frameworks to continuously evolve and refine AI solutions. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders and clients to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and present complex technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. A Ph.D. is a plus. Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in solution architecture, software development, and AI/ML. Minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI, ML, and Azure ML technologies. Generative AI Expertise: Deep understanding and practical experience in Generative AI, including text generation (e.g., GPT models), image generation, and AI content creation frameworks. Experience with transformer-based architectures is a must. Programming & ML: Expert-level proficiency in Python and extensive experience in using ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras. Strong knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques. Cloud & Azure ML: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure ML, Azure AI Services, and cloud-native architecture. Proficiency in deploying and managing AI/ML workloads in cloud environments with deep knowledge of Azure DevOps for MLOps. Solution Architecture: Proven track record in leading the architecture of large- scale, high-impact AI/ML solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security across distributed cloud environments. Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive complex, multi-disciplinary AI projects and influence decision-making at executive levels.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and hybrid cloud strategies. Knowledge of MLOps, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning models. Certifications in Azure Architect, Azure AI Engineer, or relevant cloud and AI certifications. Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or advanced AI domains such as Reinforcement Learning.
