Document revision attributed to poor document quality and workmanship shall not be considered as a formal
revision

Native files for all the documents / drawings must be submitted together with the PDF file (including 3D

4.5 Submission of check prints and filled-in check lists for internal checks performed on the deliverable -

4.6 As-Built -

5.1 3D model developed by VENDOR shall be in SP3D software -

NOV reserves the right to deduct claims for any fabrication re work due to the non-nonperformance of DEC

NOV reserves the right to deduct claims for any additional work done by them due to non-performance of

NOV shall deploy additional resources to prevent delay in submission of drawings / documents. NOV

reserves the right to deduct expenses employed by them due toschedule delay caused by DEC.

5.12 Compliance on project review meetings -

DEC participation at NOV / CONTRACTOR / COMPANY offices for the following meetings:
(All expenses shall be included in DEC scope. However, travel, boarding & lodging costs for NOV /
CONTRACTOR / COMPANY personnel shall be to NOV / CONTRACTOR / COMPANY account )
