RADIOGRAPHIC REPORT
Findings:
There is interval clearing of the upper lung opacities.
Hazy opacities are noted in the left lower lung with persistence of the linear density
which may relate to pneumonia with subsegmental atelectasis.
Heart is not enlarged.
Lung vascularity is within normal.
Diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact.
Bones are unremarkable
An ET tube is in place
Increased Ve
Increased Rr
Decreased Vt
Decreased Rsbi
HS-TROPONIN I TEST
Increased troponin level
CLINICAL MICROSCOPY
Amber Urine
Turbid Urine
Presence of Blood
MICROBIOLOGY
Test: Grams’ stain
Grams’ stain:
Smear shows few gram-positive cocci in singles, pairs, and in chains. Few pus cells
and epithelial cells noted.
