Key Result Areas- Sales & Talent Acquisition Manager

Job description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full-cycle
B2B recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to
interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have
excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong ability to
identify and attract top talent and responsible for updating recruiting
procedures, supervising the recruitment team, and tracking recruiting metrics.
They implement new sourcing methods, review recruitment software, and
advise POC on interviewing techniques. Additionally, they build professional
networks to attract potential candidates and effectively managing the
recruitment process and ensuring the company hires the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving preferred partner or franchise requirements:

Requirement Allocation: The franchise and preferred partner POC will be


allocating the different requirements to the recruiter based on the requirements
received from the client or the franchises

Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract


a diverse pool of qualified candidates using various platforms such as job
portals like Naukri, indeed, social media- What’s app, Instagram, LinkedIn etc

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to


evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, requirement of
the clients, consideration of relocation, verification of documents

Candidate coordination: coordination with candidate for the telephonic round


of interview, writing task in case of trainers, virtual round of interview of
candidates when the candidate is remote or as per the convenience of the
director of the company and the candidates, sending interview confirmation
mail to the candidate who are going for the face-to-face round of interview.

Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates


throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to ensure a
positive candidate experience
Collaboration with clients POC: Work closely with clients POC to understand
their staffing needs and job specifications, and provide expert advice on
recruitment strategies.

Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on various
platforms such as what’s app, LinkedIn, ensuring they are compelling and reach
the right audience.

Assessment and Selection: Use various assessment tools and techniques to


evaluate candidates' skills, aptitude, and suitability for the role.

Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and delivery of job offers,


negotiating terms and conditions of employment.

Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the candidate for the onboarding


process for into the client company or franchises and ensuring a smooth
transition into the company.

Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the


effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Data Management: Maintain monthly record of the data for the number of
candidates joined, selected, total number of interviews completed, total number
of submissions, total candidate that deferred

Monthly recruitment Analysis: Reporting to Sudhanshu Bajpai for total


number of candidates hired, joined, interview completed and making monthly
analysis report of the same and working towards improvement of the
recruitment cycle.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies


and legal regulations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Achieving 84 recruitment candidate per year. This target is only from the
B2B White-labelled business and Franchise.

2. There should be 23 admissions to “Study in India” each year.
