I am writing (write) to tell you about an idea for starting a new school club—the Film-maker Club.
Film-making becomes (become) a popular activity for students at our school. Please have a look at the

My classmates and I plan (plan) to write a proposal for the Film-maker Club. We would like to ask a
few questions: Does the school accept (accept) applications for new clubs? Who reviews
(review) the applications? Could we talk to that teacher about our ideas?
Could you let us know the answers, please? Thank you.
Best regards,

I usually catch the bus at 7.50 a.m. to get to school. If I miss the bus, I have to go to the general office
to tell the secretary that I’m late.
On Monday morning, I have PE class. That means that I need to change into my sports clothes and
go to the gym . After that, I often feel hungry and need to grab a snack from the tuck shop . I have to
rush to my Visual Arts class next. We’re learning how to paint with oil paints this term.
Then, I go to the canteen and have lunch with my friends. On some days, I spend time with the
other Chess Club members at lunch. We try to play at least one game before it’s time to go back to class.
Let me tell you about my extra-curricular activities. I cook healthy dishes in the cookery room on
Mondays. On Wednesdays, I attend Astronomy Club meetings. We’ll get a new telescope! On Tuesdays, I
spend time with the Drama Club . We’re now practicing hard for the year-end play.
