1.1 Download
You can download the Atmail Server VMware Virtual Appliance as a .zip file. http://atmail.com/download-evaluation/
1.2 Extract
Extract the .zip. Within the file you will find directory CentOS32_VirtualA6. Move this directory to where you store your VM's.
2. Installation
2.1 VMware Server

Click onto 'Open Existing VM or Team'. Browse to the location that you placed CentOS32_VirtualA6. Select CentOS32_VirtualA6.vmx and click open.
The Atmail Server VMware Virtual Appliance is now within your VMware Workstation and ready to use.
Click onto 'Open'. Browse to the location that you placed CentOS32_VirtualA6. Select CentOS32_VirtualA6.vmx and click open.
The Atmail Server Virtual Appliance is now within your VMware Fusion and ready to use.
Click onto 'Open a Virtual Machine'. Browse to the location that you placed CentOS32_VirtualA6. Select CentOS32_VirtualA6.vmx and click open.
The Atmail Server VMware Virtual Appliance is now within your VMware Workstation and ready to use.
3. Addition Information
The 'root password for the Atmail Server VMware Virtual Appliance is 'C@l@Code123 'root' 'C@l@Code123'. We highly recommend that you change this after installation. The username for the WebAdmin is 'admin and the password is 'admin 'admin' 'admin'.
User Manager > New Domain - Add your default domain name User Manager > New Users - Add some new users to Atmail Security tab > Change password - Change the default admin password for Webadmin access Once you have created user accounts you can now login and use the following services Webmail - http://yourip/mail/index.php POP3/IMAP Server - Login to the server IP, using the user accounts full email for authentication. SSL POP3/IMAP is also available CalDAV - Via your iPhone or CalDAV client, use the server URL http://yourip:8008/ and authenticate using a users full email address. Once CalDAV has been used, you can access your calendar on a client of your choice SMTP - Using SMTP authentication you can connect to the servers IP address, authenticate with the users full email address to send outgoing mail
