If defender decides to go under we will role out of the ball screen automatically making ball defender to go lower and the guard to walk into a "3"

On pick-n-pop [commonly called a flare] we work on flaring to 15 feet or "3" making adjustments to players...once you flare to 15 feet you will continue to make your way to the short corner

If properly played x4 will hedge vertically x1 will go over the screen and under the hedge and meet 1 on the other side, denying any advantage.
x5 is engaged fronting the duck-in. Taking away the roll depends on x1 pressuring ball, x2 playing playing passing lane until x4 gets back in position.
