QUESTION 1

Do you believe that knowingly violating the terms of a Web sites service agreement should be punishable as a serious crime, with potential penalties of substantial fines and jail time? Why or why not?

Carrying out punishment is not enough to restrict people to use internet correctly. Some websites are developed aiming at earning money. Setting up strict rules makes them lose customers. Also, punishment set up by websites only makes people behave well in their website or not to visit them. It cannot prevent people from behaving well other websites.

VS
Defense side is stronger Professional - No previous case - The law is not used in this way Ethical side - Accident - Not full of responsibility of Lori
