Megan is a girl with depression and attention deficit disorder Megan loves chatting in Myspace Megans neighbour Lori made fun with her by creating an account called Josh and chat with her Megan was happy to chat with Josh 6 weeks later, Josh broke the friendship. Josh send many inappropriate msg to Megan like You are a bad person and everybody hates you. Have a shitty rest of your life. The world would be a better place without you. Megan couldnt afford it and went to suicide Local Jury challenged Lori for violating a law called Computer Fraud and Abuse Act
SUMMARY
Should Lori be punished? For what reasons? Lori did not follow Terms of Service of Myspace and delivered many inappropriate msg in Myspace that caused a girl to suicide. Does it have the right to punish Lori? Any laws that can strictly define cyberbullying and protect people from cyberbullying?

Carrying out punishment is not enough to restrict people to use internet correctly. Some websites are developed aiming at earning money. Setting up strict rules makes them lose customers. Also, punishment set up by websites only makes people behave well in their website or not to visit them. It cannot prevent people from behaving well other websites.
