This document presents research on the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) on organizations in Karachi, Pakistan. The research was conducted by surveying 150 employees from telecommunication companies in Karachi. The research aimed to analyze how ICT impacts organizational productivity, performance, and profitability. It also examined how an organization's human capital literacy in IT impacts productivity. The study found that greater use of ICT is associated with improved organizational productivity, which in turn is linked to better performance. It also found that higher IT literacy among employees leads to greater productivity. Finally, more use of ICT was found to correlate with increased organizational profitability.

It is important to be equipped with the technological advancements but it is also important to train people as well.
