Sample for this research were chosen from Telecommunication
sector in Karachi.

Primary Data collection as:
150 questionnaires were distributed via, emailing, conducting online
distribution of questionnaires to our respondents & by distributing it to our
respondents in specific targeted firms.

to study for its overviews.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Basically conducted for Qualitative method.
Its sampling techniques that are simple random in non- probability
sampling from our selected respondents in ISPs in Pakistan having
their offices in Karachi for collecting data for analysis its results.

Based on the survey results its extracted that Internet and communication
technology has not only helped organizations become more productive in
lesser time but it has reduced the overall operational expense in the longer
run.
Also based on the findings and research it is recommended to the
organizations to implement ICT and take people (end user) in confidence so
desired results can be achieved.
It is important to be equipped with the technological advancements but it is
also important to train people as well.
