Rod Assemblies Unit. M/s. Aizen Ltd. Is a leading manufacturer of Connecting Rod Assemblies
in the world and is sole supplier to Suzuki Motor Co. The arrangement ensures constant up
gradation of technology to remain at par with best of International Standards.
Company has entered into a Joint Venture with M/s. Benda Kogyo Co. Limited of Japan, M/s.
Benda Kogyo is one of the largest Ring Gear manufacturers in Japan of Flywheel Ring Gears
and assemblies and is O.E. supplier to Mitsubishi, Dishatsu, Nissan, Hino, Mazda, Kubota,
Caterpillar etc.
Company has entered into a joint venture with M/s. Ateliers Siccardi Limited, France for
manufacturing Upto six - throw Crankshafts. Ateliers Siccardi is the leading manufacturer of
Crankshafts for the last 50 years and is the largest supplier to Mercedes - Benz, Renault, Volvo,
John Deere etc. This collaboration ensures technological up gradation of the manufacturing
process to make it at part with World Standards.

The Tool Room is being equipped with modern machines like CNC Milling, Machining Centers, Turning
Centers, EDMs & Conventional GPMs. Quality analysis facilities will include 3D Co-ordinate Measuring
Machine, Roundness & Surface Tester, TRIMOS.
The Tool Room is expected to start functioning by Middle 2001 .
