    Mr. Hasan, a 30-year-old male, presented to the hospital with an injury to his left eye after being beaten while attempting to steal a motorcycle. On examination, he had an active bleeding laceration wound on his left eye measuring 4cm x 1cm x 1cm with surrounding bruising and hematoma. His right eye also showed bruising and hematoma. His vital signs and other assessments were normal. The diagnosis was a laceration wound with bruising and hematoma on the left eye, along with bruising and hematoma on the right eye. The treatment plan was to clean and stitch the wound, provide tetanus toxoid and tetanus immunoglobulin injections, and prescribe antibiotics
