BE TAKEN TO APPLY THESE IN A MANNER SO AS TO
AVOID LIFTING OF TRACK.
THE CROW BARS SHOULD BE PLANTED INTO THE
BALLAST AT AN ANGLE NOT MORE THAN 30 DEGREES
FROM VERTICAL; OTHERWISE LIFTING OF TRACK MAY
RESULT.
