Objectives :
Each research has its own specific purpose. It is
like to discover the question through
application of scientific procedure. But the
main purpose is to find out the truth that is
hidden and which has not been discovered as
yet. Our research study has two objectives:

(2) Secondary objectives

Conclusion And Suggestions :
 Suggestions:

Commitment should be equalized for every


person.
Provide the facility of free demonstrations for
all.
Improvement in the opening of De-mat &
contract notice procedure is required.
There should be a limited number of clients
under the relationship manger. So that he handle
new as well as old customer properly.
Some promotional activities are required for
the awareness of the customer.
People at young age should be encouraged to invest in stock
market.
Seminars should be held for providing information to
prospective and present customers.

Conclusions
on the basis of study it is found that sharekhan limited is better
services provider than the other share brokers because of their
study and research on personalised advice on what stock to buy
and sell. Sharekhan limited provides trade tiger and as well as
relationship manager the facility for encouragement and and
protect the interest of investors. It also provides the information
through mails and and mobile alerts that that what IPOs coming in
the market.
Sharekhan is looked upon revenue generated and he gets 100% of
business generated from client.This can lead to over leverage and
high frequency trading which may best interest of the customer.
Study also concludes that people are not much aware about the
commodity market and while it is going to the biggest market in
India.
