As an entertainment company we are looking
for an “Amusement Park Manager” who has to
ensure our customers are happy and build the
best memories in their hearts. If you believe you
are the perfect fit, keep reading.
Oversees all the park’s daily operations such as maintenance, customer service, and park
Deals with human resources and personnel
Plans and implements strategies to achieve constant improvements for visitor and employee
satisfaction
Liaises with contractors for the installation and integration of facilities
Implements budget and financial strategies
Monitors competitions
Maintains a critical oversight of marketing function
Accountable for financial performance and employee’s safety
Bachelor’s or Master degree in related fields such as hospitality, marketing or
business management.
Proven experience in project management for at least 3 years
Results-oriented, can juggle multiple projects and get things done at time
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Wide degree of creativity is expected
Positive attitude and outlook on life
Possesses the personality traits of honesty, integrity, initiative, and self-confidence
Exercises mature judgement when evaluating situations and making decisions
