Air pollution can also cause long term damage to nerves , brain , kidneys, liver and other organs. THE FOLLOWING STEPS WILL HELP REDUCE YOUR EXPOSURE TO POLLUTED AIR-

Do not exercise out doors during high traffic times . And check out air pollution apps and plan your activities around them. Wash up after exposure . Reconsider traveling to certain areas .
