a host of Companies in the IT, telecom and embedded software domain.
• Centered in Bangalore, Veritech currently operates

with over 25 software engineers with ambitious plans
to hire over 150 engineers by 2013-14.
• Incorporated in 2005, Veritech enjoys a “preferred
vendor” status with a steady clientele particularly in
the IT sector.
• Veritech plans to diversify into the KPO space and has
bagged its very first contract with Global Determinants
Inc., India (GDI-India) in Genomics-KPO sector.
Operations are expected to commence early 2011-12.
The Company has survived the slump on a “loan-free” standing with reasonable EBIDTA and PAT
margins. EBIDTA and PAT margins are expected to grow at a steady rate of over 40% in the next three
years.

Contract Staffing Services
• Contract-to-hire Model – Veritech employees are hired on a 6 month package model with renewal
facility for every 6 months.
• Train-to-hire Model – Candidates are hired for training and then absorbed by the Client post
completion of training
• Recruitment Process Outsourcing Model – Candidates identified by clients are recruited on the
payrolls of Veritech.
• Long Term Contract Model – a model where Veritech builds and maintains a large team of say 8 to
10 candidates for a long tenure, say a year.
