lease the property. Hence it involves lot of information exchange.
• The advent of computers can lease out this hassle. With the organized data storage system it
allows faster search time, interaction and deal closure. Indeed the advent of RDBN'IS
application can be a boom to the field of real estate agent.

INTRODUCTION
• The term real estate is defined as land, including the air above it and the group below it, and
any building or structure on it is also referred to as realty.
• Real estate involves the purchase, sale and development of land, residential and non-
residential buildings. The main players in the real estate market are the landlords,
developers, builders, real estate agents, tenants, buyers etc.
• Whenever searching is done for a new house, the main focus is on the location. As location
being a spatial entity, we are using the advantages given by spatial databases for our
application.
