The circulatory system transports blood throughout the body via arteries, veins, and capillaries. It picks up oxygen from the lungs and delivers it to tissues while removing carbon dioxide through three types of circulation: pulmonary, systematic, and coronary. The respiratory system introduces oxygen into the body and removes carbon dioxide through a series of air passages and organs including the nose, mouth, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchial tree, alveoli and lungs via the processes of inhalation and exhalation. To demonstrate how these systems work, the group created models of the circulatory and respiratory systems using templates to represent the major organs and pathways of gas and blood flow.

The circulatory system Also called The human circulatory system is the cardiovascular system or the a network of arteries, veins, vascular system, is an organ system capillaries designed to provide that permits blood to circulate and essential minerals, nutrients, and transport nutrients, oxygen, carbon other essential components to dioxide, hormones, and blood cells various parts of the body. It has to and from the cells in the body to three types of circulation, the provide nourishment and help in Pulmonary, systematic, and fighting diseases. coronary circulation. The circulation begins in your heart, from the right atrium, as the blood passes through your heart, it passes through each of the four chambers (upper right, lower right, upper left, lower left). Takes a quick detour to the lungs to get rid of carbon dioxide and pick up oxygen, and then ends in the lower left chamber or left ventricle. Your blood travels from your aorta through a series of smaller blood vessels until it reaches your capillaries. As blood travels through the capillaries, its supply of oxygen is reduced and has picked up waste products as well. From the capillaries, blood enters the venules, the veins, and then travels back to the heart to be refreshed and sent out once again. THE RESPIRATORY 02 SYSTEM:
How does Respiratory System works?
The Human Respiratory System is a network of organs and tissues that helps us breathe. The primary function of this system is to introduce oxygen into the body and expel carbon dioxide from the body. The important functions of the respiratory system include- inhalation and exhalation of gases, exchange of gases between bloodstream and lungs, the gaseous exchange between bloodstream and body tissues. The respiratory system is an essential system of the body. It performs the task of gas exchange, allowing oxygen from the air to enter to the blood and releasing carbon dioxide from the blood to exit into the air. In other words, the respiratory system can be described as a series of air passages or tubes of various sizes that help conduct air into the lung tissues. The major organs and structures of this system includes the nose, mouth and its adjacent structures, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchial tree, alveoli and lungs. These organs function primarily to serve cellular respiration, maintain acid-base balance and release the waste products. 03 Model of the Respiratory and Circulatory Systems How did we create the model of Respiratory and Circulatory Systems Creating the circulatory System model Creating the Respiratory System model Thank you!
