PROFILING
•Profiling describes the process of
building the picture of a target
community through involving
local people and working in
partnership with arganizations
and individuals who plan and
deliver in the area
•a comprehensive description of
the needs of a population that
is defined as a community and
the resources that exist within
that community, carried out
with the active involvement of
the community itself,
•for the purpose of
developing an action plan
or other means of
improving the quality of
life of the community
•presents an overview of the
community at a certain period
of time, this shows the
characteristic of a community
by involving the local people
and working with partner
groups.
