• A valid photo ID will be required for each adult scheduled for the tour.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled tour time. Tours begin promptly at their scheduled time
• Cameras and Cell phones are allowed in the Visitor Center, but are prohibited in the Plant. Please leave these items in your
vehicle. We do not allow photography in the manufacturing facility.
• No carry-on is permitted inside the Plant, including purses, backpacks, briefcases, or bags of any kind. Please leave them in
your vehicle.
• Personal transportation is required while traveling on the TMMTX campus from the Visitor and Education Center to the plant.
Buses must remain on-site for the duration of the tour.
• Children, 6 years of age or older may take the tour with their parent or adult guardian. School groups must be 3rd grade or
above.
Clothing Requirements
Since this is a tour through an operational manufacturing facility, there is a certain dress code that must be followed without
exception:
• Long pants. (no skirts, no shorts)
• Shirts must have sleeves. short sleeves acceptable: (no sleeveless or cap sleeves)
• Midriffs must be covered.
• Shoes must be closed toe/heel and flat (no sandals, no heels, no "Croc"-type shoes)
• Safety glasses and hard hats will be supplied and worn at all times during the tour.
• RECIPIENT(S) WILL MAINTAIN THE INFORMATION CONCERNING THE IDEA OBTAINED FROM FOXCONN IN STRICT CONFIDENCE
• RECIPIENT(S) WILL NOT DISCLOSE THE IDEA TO ANYONE OTHER THAN TO ITS EMPLOYEES ON A NEED TO KNOW BASIS
• NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISIONS HEREOF, RECIPIENT(S) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USE, RELEASE OR DISCLOSURE OF ANY
INFORMATION THAT:
IS REQUIRED BY JUDICIAL ACTION AFTER ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES TO MAINTAIN THE INFORMATION IN SECRET HAVE BEEN
EXHAUSTED;
IS KNOWN TO RECIPIENT(S) PRIOR TO THE DISCLOSURE TO RECIPIENT(S) BY FOXCONN;
