 Etiology
1. Common etiologic agents - Enterobacteriaceae, Staphylococcus saprophyticus,
Enterococci, Opportunistic pathogens
2. Less common etiologic agents – bacteria, yeast, viruses

 Serratia spp.
 Enterococcus faecalis
 Staphylococcus saprophyticus
