َو ُكلُوا َوا ْش َربُوا َحتَّى يَتَبَي ََّن لَ ُك ُم ْال َخ ْيطُ اَأْل ْبيَضُ ِم َن ْال َخ ْي ِط اَأْل ْس َو ِد
اللَّ ْي ِل الصيَام ِإلَى ِّ ِم َن ْالفَ ْج ِر ثُ َّم َأتِ ُّموا
And eat and drink until the white thread (of light)
becomes distinct to you from the black thread
(night/darkness) of the dawn. Then strictly
observe the fast until / to the night ...

These things do not break your fast but it is better if you do not do them.
Using eye drops or Surma, Putting water or using any Inhaling snuff and
etc if its taste or smell can be kind of mouthwash smelling fragrance from
felt in the throat unnecessarily herbs and flowers
