SANDWICHES

generally any dish wherein bread serves as
a container or wrapper for another food
type.

Scissors-used to cut sandwiches

notches or teeth used to slice
through food that is hard on the
outside and soft on the inside.
CUTTING BOARD-used to
protect the table when
slicing bread.

enough to hold ingredients
while they are being

RUBBER SCRAPER-used to scrape
down sides of bowl and get
mixture of fillings from pans.

LIQUID/GRADUATED MEASURING GLASS- a

1/3, ¼) used for measuring liquids.
DRY MEASURING/INDIVIDUAL

¼, ) is used for solid or dry
ingredients.

hot air or infrared radiation.
Microwave ovens- generate microwave
radiation which creates heat inside the
food.

primarily for browning or glazing the
tops of sandwiches.
Bread toaster -small electric
kitchen appliance designed to toast
multiple types of bread products.
⦿Slicer- used to slice food
evenly and uniformly.
Chillers -usedto chill
sandwiches and other foods.
Freeze -used to hold foods for longer
and to store foods purchased in frozen from.
Refrigerator
