1.1 About Organization

• The Organization is located in Ramanathapuram near Gem Hospital.

• The clients and projects are given high focus, irrespective of size

2. INTRODUCTION
2.1 Abstract
• The project entitled as “A Global Patient Medical treatment
Service Help alert process”, which is created to automate all
process of medical lab.

• This project is aimed at developing for hospital and fund


donators.

• This website mainly developed to identify the fake


advertisement finding which means people who are all posting
the blood and fund related ads in what’s app or other social
media.
• People who are willing to give fund for hospital or for patients,
they can easily register to this website and make their process.

• The donor can easily register themselves by providing valid


personal information to this website. After completing the
registration the user can view hospital proof and fund requiring
details.
3. SYSTEM ANALYSIS
3.1 Existing System
• Hospitals currently use a manual system for the
management and maintenance of critical information.

• The current system requires numerous paper forms,


with data stores spread throughout the hospital
management infrastructure.

• Often information is incomplete or does not follow


management standards.
3.1.1 Drawbacks
• Lack of immediate retrievals

• Lack of immediate information storage

• Various changes to information like patient details or


immunization details of child are difficult to make as paper work
is involved.

• Manual calculations are error prone and take a lot of time this
may result in incorrect information.

• Preparation of accurate and prompt reports, as information is


difficult to collect from various register.
3.2 Proposed System

• The Proposed System is designed for any hospital to


replace their existing manual paper based system.

• The new system is to control the information of


patients. Room availability, staff and operating room
schedules and patient invoices.

• These services are to be provided in an efficient, cost


effective manner, with the goal of reducing the time
and resources currently required for such tasks.
3.2.1 Advantages
• Overcomes the dependency of a single person handling all the
records.

• Easy to access the system anywhere and anytime.

• Various changes to information like patient details or


immunization details of child can be easily maintained.

• Immediate information are always available as the user have to


click just a button.

• No more manual calculation involved in this proposed system.

4.1 Modules
 Login: This module record only user id and password. This module is
only used by administrator or receptionist.

 Reception: The reception module handles various enquiries about the


patient's admission and discharge details, bed census, and the patient's
movements within the hospital. The system can also handle fixed-cost
package deals for patients as well as Doctor Consultation and
Scheduling, Doctor Consultancy Fees and Time Allocation.

 Account Master : It keeps track of all details of both in-patient and


outpatient. Patient id, name, date of birth, gender, city name, state
name, phone number, doctor id are entered in a form and stored for the
future reference. Also particular patient detail can be view in the table
using a separate form with an attribute patient id.
 Doctor Module : It keeps track of all details of doctors. Doctor id will be
automatically generated by application. Doctor name, date of birth, professional
detail like qualification, specialist, designation, salary, work experience, city’s
name, state’s name, phone number and email id are entered in a form which has to
patient to find the particular doctor. Particular doctor detail can be viewed in the
table using a separate form with an attribute doctor id.

 Billing : The patient billing module handles all type of billing for long term care.
This module facilities cashier and billing operation for different categories of
patient like out- patient and in- patient. It provide automatic posting of charges
related to different services like bed charges, lab tests conducted, medicines
issued, consultant’s fee, food, beverage and telephone charges etc.

8. TESTING AND SYSTEM
IMPLEMENTATION
8.1 Objective of Testing:
The major objectives of Software testing are as follows:

 Finding defects which may get created by the programmer while


developing the software.

 Gaining confidence in and providing information about the level


of quality.

 To make sure that the end result meets the business and user
requirements.

 To gain the confidence of the customers by providing them a


quality product.
8.2 Test Plan:
Test Plan is essential for the following reasons :

 Existence of program detects of inadequacies

 A software behavior as intended by its designer.

 Assess the operational reliability of the system.

 Reflect the frequency of actual user inputs.

 Find the faults, which causes the output anomaly.


9. CONCLUSION
 Since we are entering details of the patients electronically in the” Hospital
Management System”, data will be secured. Using this application we can retrieve
patient’s history with a single click. Thus processing information will be faster. It
guarantees accurate maintenance of Patient details.

 The system thoroughly checked and tested with the data and thus is found reliable

 Our understanding of database design has been strengthened this is because in order
to generate the final reports of database designing has to be properly followed.

 Scheduling a project and adhering to that schedule creates a strong sense of time
management.

 Sense of teamwork has developed and confidence of handling real life project has
increased to a great extent.
