Planned inspection
▪ Start with complete preparation, checklist, standard measuring
instruments, schedules, competencies and necessary
equipment
Unplanned inspection
▪ Walk around inspection and unsystematic
▪ Less focus on unsafe acts
▪ Unsafe conditions that require thorough attention are often
overlooked
▪ Recording is rarely conducted
▪ The improvement/prevention is inadequate.
