Perilaku Organisasi adalah

perorangan,kelompok, dan struktur pada perilaku dalam
organisasi dengan maksud menerapkan pengetahuan semacam

Dengan mengetahui perilaku manusia, baik secara individu maupun
kelompok di dalam organisasi akan membantu pimpinan organisasi
untuk menempatkan orang tersebut pada jabatan atau bagian pekerjaan
yang sesuai dengan kepribadian dan keahliannya 2. Dengan mengetahui
perilaku manusia, pimpinan lebih mudah menentukan motivasi apa yang
paling tepat bagi bawahannya agar semangat kerjanya meningkat 3.
Dengan mengetahui perilaku manusia dalam organisasi, dapat membantu
pimpinan dalam menggerakkan dan mengarahkan bawahannya untuk
melaksanakan tugas-2nya dalam mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan 4.
