• This was my first time cooking with white wine, and I followed the recipe exactly but the vinegar flavor in
the pasta sauce was a little overpowering. However, the pasta combined with the other foods like chicken
and broccoli tasted really good together. I would have to experiment with the cream cheese and vinegar
ratio to know how to fix the overpowering vinegar taste for next time. This was a really simple special
occasions meal, but it seemed fitting for an anniversary celebration.
