    Why is it important to keep your Vehicles clean?


    Having a clean Vehicle obviously keeps your Vehicle

    looking newer longer. But there are other, more technical reasons to keep your Vehicle clean. Dust, sand, salt in the winter all of these are miniscule, abrasive particles that attach themselves to your paint and finish. If your Vehicle is not washed on a regular basis, these particles can literally scratch the finish of your Vehicle Ultimately, keeping the exterior of your Vehicle clean not only makes your Vehicle look nicer and keeps it looking newer, it also protects it from real damage that can be done over time.

    BUSINESS STATISTICS & DEFINING POTENTIAL IN BUSINESS


    India is projected to have the largest no. of cars in world

    611 million to be precise by 2050. According to Goldman Sachs, every sixth car produced in the world will be sold in India. The 3rd BRIC report says that India is 3rd upto 2025,then India will beat its neighbour by 2050 and will be no.1 By 2050 India will have 382 cars per 1000 people compared of china 363 per 1000 people. If average outlet washes 20 cars a day then there is requirement & scope of 7,17,000 washing outlets in India.

    TYPES OF CAR WASH


    Self-serve car wash

    A simple and automated type of car wash that is typically coin-operated or token-operated selfservice system. The vehicle is parked inside a large covered bay that is equipped with a trigger gun and wand (a high-pressure sprayer) and a scrub foambrush.

    Automatic car wash

    Conveyorized automatic car washes consist of tunnel-like buildings into which customers (or attendants) drive. HAND CAR WASH

    1.Cleaning of Heavy Motor Vehicles- By taking franchise from TRUCK WASH GUYS. 2. Cleaning of All Types of Cars- ( Hatch Backs, Sedans, SUVs, MUVs, Vintage cars, Sports Cars)

    PROMOTION
    For HMV company will more focus on DIRECT

    MARKETING as going for Advertisement in News paper and T.V. Channels wouldn't be advisable as the customers are very less for this segment. For cars the company would go for advertisement and sales promotion and give offers to customers.

    PEOPLE
    We would recruit 20 employees for car washing and

    30 employees for HMV washing.

    PHYSICAL EXISTANCE
    For HMV our Work Shop will be located at UPPAL as there

    is no restrictions from Traffic Police for HMV in that area. For Cars our workshop will be located at PUNJAGUTTA as it is located in the center of the city.

    PROCESS
    For HMV

    For HMV the customers need to drop their vehicles at our workshop and they will get the delivery of the vehicle within 48 hours with respect to the condition of the vehicle. For Cars We will have free pick up and home delivery for Standard Clean & and Complete Care. We would also have pick up and delivery for Express wash cars but that will be charged Rs.300 The cars of Express Wash & Standard Clean will be delivered on the same day whereas it may take 48 hours to deliver Complete Care Cars.

    STRENGHTS

    First kind of company in Hyderabad to offer such specialized service in Hyderabad. Our Tie-up with Truck wash guys would help us to gain knowledge from them and how to go about the business. WEAKNESS Difficult to bring in HMV customers

    OPPORTUNITIES

    Can even start Providing mechanical facilities in future. THREATS Competitors entering the market

    CORPORATE CSR
    All the chemicals, used will be environmental

    friendly. Well be having a water treatment plant and the dirty water will be treated in that plant before discharging them in the drainage system.

    COMPANY USP
    We have an complete automatic washing system

    which will be operated by trained people. We will be having free pick up and dropping facility for complete care & standard clean customers as it is not possible to take the machinery to customers place. The Prices of Car Wash is less when compared to compititors.

    COMPANYS FUTURE EXPANSION PLANS


    Well be planning to launch the same kind of service

    in Tier-II and Tier-III cities as these kind of facilities is available in metro cities only. Opening a similar kind of workshop in Lanco Hills and Aliens Space station Parking's especially for the people residing in these residential societies.
