• Human resources are treated under labor law of Nepal’s Government.
• Bazball Cricket Academy will deploy 5 employees at initial stage.
• Recruitment of labor is done without discrimination of age, sex and race.
• Basic salary and other facilities are provided as per law and also position.
• Additional salary is provided on occasions like Dashain.
• During maximum sales, special bonus and profit margin is separated for
employees.
• The company rules and regulation are prepared under the law of
country. The policy of company is made by Human Resource officer.
• All the employees will be given training in timely manner.
• Company will retain the employees as per their performance and
dedication.
Revenue Generation
• Student fee will be the major source of
revenue.
