He also entered the Democratic Party Presidential Race in 2012 giving Barack Obama at least an semblance of a primary as he opposed Barack Obama's ineligibility as a candidate for President in the 'natural born Citizen' requirement of the Constitution which he has taken to the Supreme Court of the United States in two separate cases.
