Saban indicated in an interview that it would start about 2 weeks out

Yup, I think they get 15 practices, so I imagine they'll start back up a little over 2 weeks out to account for some days off.

The 41st consensus AA under Saban at Bama per Rodak:

Kinda wild that he was the only consensus AA this year. No Kool-Aid, Arnold, or Latham?

There’s still one more list to come out. Koolaid has a shot

Good point, he just needs to be named first team on the AFCA list to achieve consensus status.

Nice. Kinda surprising Keeley didn’t get some mop up reps

I guess Milroe is spending his birthday cruising around in a helicopter over Bryant-Denny

Also surprised that Hurley, Russaw, and Pierre did not see the field at least on ST. Not sure if that is considered a bad sign. Interesting that Tony Mitchell was ahead of all them (with his off season crime/legal situation) and at least appeared on ST in several games.

He and Arnold were scheduled to be in Birmingham for an autograph signing today. Wonder if the chopper took them.

UGA isn't really losing a ton, about the same as Bama.

In addition to the guys graduating and/or heading to the NFL, they also have 14 guys in the portal so far.

So even if they aren't losing 1s, they're, at a minimum, losing a bit of experience/depth.

I’ve complained over Roydell more than anyone but he’s been pretty good lately. As much as I love Jase I think Roydell has been better. He has burst and explosiveness.

Jase is tough and has good footwork but not much initial burst and pretty slow. Hopefully he’s healthy for the playoffs and he plays better. If he’s ready to go he’s going to get most of the carries with Roydell

Out of curiousity, whats the longest run this year for each RB? Have we had any over 50 yards?

Milroe just announced he's returning next season on The Next Round. I'm sure most of us figured, but anyway, he said it.
