Sriracha sesame noodles — the impossibly easy ramen hack you need to know

Sesame noodles are my new favorite. Typically recipes call for using spaghetti, but I decided to switch it up and use ramen noodles instead. I love them because they really soak up the sauce, and you taste major flavor in every single bite.

If you have just a few minutes, you’ll be face-deep in these deliciously spicy noodles. You’ll go crazy over this dish.

Easy Sriracha sesame noodles recipe

Serves 4

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce, plus more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (flavor packets discarded)
  • 2 green onions, green tops sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, vinegar, Sriracha sauce and dark brown sugar. Set aside.
  2. Bring a medium-size pot of water to a boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, add in the 2 packs of dried ramen noodles, and cook just until done.
  3. Drain the noodles, and pour them back into the pan. Pour the sauce over the warm noodles, and toss to combine so the noodles soak up all that wonderful sauce.
  4. Stir in the green onion slices and sesame seeds. Drizzle with extra Sriracha, if desired.
