Exclusive talks hosted by Nikhil Kamath, featuring N R Narayana Murthy, and a chat show with Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar add dynamic dimensions to the summit. International dignitaries, including Bagdat Mussin and Mark Papermaster, further elevate the global standing of Bengaluru Tech Summit 2023. The event started with the lighting of a lamp by Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah and other dignitaries. After that, the CM gave the inaugural address. Priyank Kharge, a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, and Vivek Jain, the founder of FlippAR, presented an AR/VR integrated frame memento to the honorable CM Siddaramaiah.

The Minister of Infrastructure Development of Karnataka, M.B. Patil, and Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw released the Draft Biotech Policy. Additionally, Priyank Kharge and Rishad Premji, Executive Chairman of Wipro Limited, launched the Animation Visual Effects Gaming and Comics policy (AVGC Draft Policy).
