Founded in 1985, TCL has worked with major oil companies, power generators and contractors worldwide, winning contracts for retrofit control equipment, commissioning, fault finding, routine maintenance, reliability engineering and consultancy. TCL are flexible in their design approach and systems can be designed to a customer’s requirements allowing site specific operating issues to be addressed.
