1. The Role of the Principal:<br />First and foremost, the principal’s responsibility is to model the use of technology in daily activities with teachers, students and other stakeholders. The principal’s role is to use technology as a tool for communication, data monitoring and identifying data trends at the campus and district levels. The principal is to ensure that technology is being integrated across the curriculum. The principal must be in constant communication with all stakeholders to ensure that the Campus Technology Plan and District Technology Plan are put into action. Principals must also support teachers in every aspect of technology. They need to support them in professional development opportunities and seeking out funding for teachers in regards to technology in the classroom. <br />
