Is General Hospital going to be on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

On Christmas Eve, GH will be airing an encore presentation of the episode that originally aired on May 22 this year where Finn tells Violet that her grandfather died, Liz worries about Finn’s drinking, Dex tries to decide whether or not to file charges against Sonny for assaulting him, and Alexis gets a shock at the hearing to regain her law license. Then, on Christmas Day, GH will be fully preempted for ABC Sports coverage.

Is The Young & The Restless going to be on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

Y&R fans are going to want to make sure their DVRs are set for Christmas Eve because there will be a new episode of the soap on Tuesday and you’re not going to want to miss out on the special holiday gifts and surprises! Then, on Christmas Day, it’s a blast from the past as CBS airs a classic episode from Dec. 24, 1985, where Victor is caught between Nikki and Ashley, Lauren tries to connect with Paul, and Danny looks for a Christmas miracle!

Is The Bold & The Beautiful going to be on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

Like its sister soap, B&B is airing a brand-new episode on Dec. 24 as the Logans and the Forresters come together — separately this year! — to celebrate Christmas and Hope and Carter enjoy their first holiday as a couple. Then, on Dec. 25, CBS will be airing the special episode that originally ran on Dec. 24, 2014, which saw actors from the soap visit the Union Rescue Mission to meet some of the people in need that the organization helps. (Remember, while the 12/24 episodes of Y&R and B&B will be streaming on CBS.com and Paramount+, the encore episodes won’t, so if you want to see them, you’ll have to watch live or set your DVR!)

Ever since DAYS began streaming on Peacock, the soap has never taken a single weekday off!
