Husk

Pure Southern food and spirits

Husk Savannah, from the Neighborhood Dining Group, highlights the unique ingredients of coastal Georgia. Located on W. Oglethorpe St. in the heart of Savannah’s Landmark Historic District, the restaurant is situated on what is known to be one of the most haunted blocks in the city. Originally built in 1898, the building has a vibrant history and plenty of (ghost) stories to share. Chef Chris Hathcock's cuisine of Husk Savannah upholds the strictly Southern philosophy – working with local farmers and purveyors for a menu of exclusively Southern-grown ingredients. Tried-and-true techniques of seed-saving, heirloom husbandry, in-house pickling and charcuterie programs by the culinary team are the basis of Husk’s offerings with a menu that changes with what’s in season and available.
