Tyrza Nanlohij

Tyrza is Senior Governance & Operations Manager based in our Berlin office. She is part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance team and is responsible for implementing new processes (and the project management thereof), governing existing processes, creating overall operational efficiencies and managing our tech stack. 

As part of her role, she collaborates with every internal team at Speedinvest, which gives her a lot of good energy!

Tyrza’s passion for startups and technology began in 2015 when she worked for Fintech startup OptioPay in Berlin. Later on, she joined swiftscale in London, where she engaged with startup founders, investors and corporate executives on a daily basis.

Born in the Netherlands, her love for traveling and curiosity to learn about different cultures inspired her to move abroad in 2014. She has lived in China (Suzhou & Shanghai), Germany (Berlin & Munich), Spain (Madrid) and the UK (London), and is now happily based in Berlin.
