Yeah they are very important. Omega 3 and omega 6 are called ‘essential fatty acids' because our body needs them for optimum health. The only way your body can obtain these fatty acids is through the diet.It is important to maintain a balance between these fatty acids. The recommended ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 is 1:3. Any tips for balance diets for these two types of omega fatty acids?

The three (3) key substances in krill oil the human body needs to function properly include: omega-3 essential fatty acids (EPA and DHA), phospholipids (an important component of all cell membranes) and anti-oxidants, including astaxanthin (a potent carotenoid that gives krill its red-orange color). Krill Oil also provides the fatty acids omega-6, omega-9 and vitamins B, E, A and D. It should be noted that krill are harvested responsibly.
