You'll definitely rub once you get off pavement, though.

    PS Truck looks great

Lol thanks but no, that's what I meant by trying to get some rubbing action.

You're fine lol. It seriously is the little differences between each one. Also, I did my own alignment and tried various setting If you can get the right offset wheel to the match the alignment, it works.

Looks good to me! What’s the offset/bs of your wheels. Helps others decide what’ll work for them.

Nothing terrible yet. I had some rubbing while turning on that inside back corner of the fender so I chopped that off. Had a CMC done before I mounted the 295s up. Just cutting little by little as I hear the rubbing. No plans for getting on a trail in the near future so figured that’s good enough for now. I’m a little worried about the upwards travel rubbing the top of the liner with my minimal lift but we’ll see.
I still need to hammer the pinch weld (outwards right?) and cut some of the thin metal that the lower liner or mudflaps mounted on.
Sorry for the less than optimal pics. 688D2354-C231-4E83-BA94-6672E8A0C818.jpg 075B67BE-E15F-4F52-9F5F-80DE7841954A.jpg

Nice! Yes hammer the pinch weld outward, seam seal then spray rubberized coating. When I was checking for rubbing at full compression, I did rub the top of the wheel well liners. I mean, I had to TRY to get it to lol. I had to hit a mean dip at a decent speed so there’s my input

I’m back on the stock Bilstein’s that were specifically for the Baja. I need to get it realigned though, they didn’t add enough caster that I wanted

I see tabs in this pic. Did you make those from the fenders?

Yes I did. I’m making liners to protect air intake.

Down the road a bit, yes...we’ll see how bad it is. I purposefully picked one of the lighter wheel/tire combos...and I just flashed an OVTune. I’ll let you all know how it drives.

Just tried to fit my 295/75/16 KO2 spare in the stock location and it was no good. I bent back the tabs or ears or whatever they’re called. The issue was the width between some metal on the drivers side and the exhaust. The exhaust rubber dongle thing would clear but I got stuck when the middle of the tire was at the heat shield. So I dunno, maybe that means I need a swing out ‍:spending:
