    Most of you guys are too young to remember this but back in the 80s tube bumpers were made of 3" tubing. Anybody else remember those? I think they were more for show than function.

    I wish one of the many aftermarket bumper companies would offer a super simple tube bumper like this. Everybody seems to be into those huge gladiator style bumpers.

    Added a hitch to the bumper and some gussets. Build some sliders. Ready for paint and will be I. The truck tomorrow then on the the front bumper

    Nice work! You said your rear bumper was the first thing you've fabbed yourself. I'm assuming you had prior welding experience?

    That's absolutely awesome! Inspiring. I've often thought about going the same route but currently don't have a garage to work out of. It's good to know that when I do, fabrication is entirely possible with practice, the right tools, and patience. Where did you get your tubing bender?

    It was super overwhelming at first but very possible. I just got the jd squared
    L. I got the bender and my friend got the die . It’s well worth it and pretty easy.i did all my cuts with a grinder for the most part defiantly get a chop saw haha and a couple good angle finders

    I dig that rear bumper! How did you do the mounts for the rear bumper? I’m trying to plan out how I want to build my rear tube bumper and I like the sleek, low profile style of yours. Great job!
