I prefer the ring off, some like it on for off-roading to protect the rim.

 

That looks GREAT! I really love these wheels, both with and without the rings. I'm SO glad I went this direction. Could have spent a little less and got a lighter aftermarket wheel but I'd be skeptical of the durability and didn't like the width and offset options.

I have decided to go with the carbon grey Turbomacs, just have to wait a couple months for them to be available. Discount Tire Direct has the best price I can find.

 

Those are gonna look great. I LOVE that wheel. May have looked into them myself had they had narrower versions available.

Anyone found some dark anthracite lugs that work or our people running black lugs with their anthracite wheels?

 

I have chrome lugs on my carbon grey wheels, but unlike most on here, I like some chrome on my truck. I have seen gunmetal lugs, which would be close to anthracite.

My favorite wheel! Had them on the Taco when I sold it. Too bad a 16" won't fit the GX. Had to go with FN to get a 17" version. And I really wish these had a removable rock ring! The make a version that simulates the rock ring but it's not removable.

I flipped a coin and the Method 704 came up over the Turbomac. Analog HD would have been my third choice.
The stock OR grille color matches perfectly so I decided not to swap it for a pro

 

Isn't that a 704? I thought the 703 had the more Concave design.
