Cheesy Buffalo Dip

A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip served with warm, fluffy rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pizza dough ball
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ onion
  • 3 tablespoons of butter, divided
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 cups grated Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sliced chives

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the pizza dough from the fridge. Set aside while preparing the dip.
  2. Peel and thinly slice half of the onion. Place the chicken breasts on a sheet tray and season with salt and pepper. Place 1 tablespoon of butter and sliced onions on each breast. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is firm and juices run clear.
