Abby Lee Miller, the former Dance Moms star who was sentenced to 366 days in prison on fraud charges, reported to California's Victorville Federal Correctional Institution earlier today (July 12), according to Entertainment Tonight.
In October 2015, Abby was charged with attempting to hide $775,000 — earned from Dance Moms and other projects — during Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, she was charged with attempting to bring $120,000 worth of Australian currency into the country without reporting it. She plead guilty to both charges in June 2016.
As a result, Miller was sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison followed by two years of probation in May. She was also ordered her to pay a $40,000 fine.
