This is TFB’s Photo Of The Day. Do you like to compete in Sporting and Trap? Then this shotgun might be something for you. I sold my Italian over and under hunting shotgun a long time ago. Instead, I bought a Russian Molot Vepr that I did two IPSC Shotgun World Shoots with before I got a bit fed up with competition triggers that didn’t work.

Here’s what Beretta has to say about the new shotgun in the images contained in this article::

“A closer look at the new Beretta 688 Performance O/U - now available in Sporting and Trap configurations, with 71cm/28”, 76cm/30” and 81cm/32” barrel lengths. Featuring a wider, heavier receiver for improved handling balance, a redesigned top lever for a more natural opening feeling, the adjustable BFast® stock and black laminated woods for a reduced weight change and deformation. Steelium® OBHP® barrels complete the package.”

Do you do any Trap or Sporting?
